Crown Fabricators was founded in 2013 in Las Vegas Nevada. For 10 years, the company has been providing quality custom metal fabrication services to clients in a variety of industries.

Crown Fabricators employs people from many different backgrounds. This allows us to offer a wide range of services to our customers. Whether it be structural steel, food grade stainless, marble stone, or wood. Crown Fabricators has the tools and the knowledge to deliver a high quality product on time and in many cases under budget.
Structural Steel
Working with engineers and inspectors through out the fabrication process, we have fabricated structural steel elements for many different projects. From pedestrian bridge covers, fabricated square tube awnings, and containment rings for critical power plants.
Being a Clark County Approved Fabricator all our welders are AWS D1.1 certified and follow a strict quality control manual.
Aluminum Fabrication
Crown Fabricators has built many structural and architectural aluminum elements. From complex dual radius archways to aluminum cladding Crown Fabricators is suited to deliver any project.
Stainless Steel Fabrication
Crown Fabricators can handle many aspects of stainless steel fabrication. From stainless structural members to food grade stainless.
Detailing
We do all our detailing and shop drawings in house using the latest in 3D design. We are proficient in SDS2 and Solid Edge, which allows us to collaborate with Engineers and Architects using BIM models.
Keeping the detailing and drafting in house allows us to respond quickly to redlines and changes from the client and implement them into our shop drawings.
Private Label Fabrication
Crown Fabricators has many projects in high visibility areas of the local market. We have fabricated for many local companies when the projects are outside their normal scope or capabilities.
Field Welding / Crew Augmentation
Unlike other contractors, we frequently augment crews where skilled hands are needed on an hourly or day by day basis. Our certified welders can augment into any crew where steel erection, welding or field fabrication services are needed.
We submit all welding credentials, WPS's (weld procedure specifications) to the AOJ's (authority having jurisdiction), EOR's (Engineer of record) or the customer prior to mobilizing, so we can insure a smooth and seamless inspection process.
